Kingston DataTraveler R3.0 G2 and Ultimate 3.0 G3 USB Review 27

[section_title title=”Introduction”]

Introduction

Kingston is a well-known and highly respected manufacturer of PC memory and storage solutions. Kingston has been around for near on 30 years now and actually started out with just a single product. Now, Kingston is the world’s largest independent manufacturer of memory products, a very impressive accomplishment.

Over the years, Kingston has stayed ahead of the curve and now in 2015, they also have a range of headphones that fall under their HyperX branding. The HyperX Cloud and Cloud 2 headset are a fan favourite amongst the gaming community and offer great value for the money alongside their impressive performance.

Today, I will be taking a look at a couple of their storage solutions products by way of two different DataTraveler USB drives. The R3.0 G2 is a fairly standard USB3 drive and is meant to offer the fast speeds of USB3 at a price everyone can afford. The Ultimate  3.0 G3 is designed to be the ultimate USB3 drive as the name would suggest and is meant to be one of the fastest standard USB3 drives currently on the market.
