Taking a look at the packaging Club3D have elected to use for the R9 280 royalKing, the outer box has a primarily black design with the Club3D logo in the top left hand corner.  The royalKing design represents a playing card and clearly plays on the name of the company, Club3D.  The model number is displayed across the centre with thumbnails for extreme overclocking performance (remains to be seen) and support for up to 6 displays; something Club3D have been at the forefront of with their MST DisplayPort hubs.

On the rear we have a more detailed list of features and specifications of the Club3D R9 280 royalKing graphics card.  This includes thumbnails for HD3D technology, Crossfire support, APP acceleration technology, Powertune and many more.  The recommended power supply for the R9 280 card is stated as 600w for a single card configuration but you would be more than fine with a good quality 500w power supply from brand such as Corsair, Enermax and be quiet!.

Upon opening the exterior package, out comes the main box which is all black in colour and features the Club3D logo across the centre; play your cards right!

Included with the Club3D R9 280 royalKing graphics card is the following accessories:

1 x Club3D door hanger

1 x Driver installation disc

2 x Quick installation guide (1 x English and 1 x German)

1 x Crossfire Bridge

I am quite surprised no 6/8pin connectors were included as this is pretty standard with graphics cards, especially ones that actually include 8pins on them.  Also it would have been nice to have a quick start guide in Spanish, French and Dutch too but installation is thankfully easy although if in doubt, check online as there are a plethora of sites/forums offering help etc.

In terms of internal packaging, the Club3D R9 280 royalKing is well protected including a generous layer of bubble wrap surrounding the card which comes sealed inside an anti-static bag; essential for protecting components from ESD (electrostatic discharge) during transit.
