Conclusion

Anyone who is looking at this case is either curious as to how the Razer branding has been implemented, you love Razer, or you are just curious to see as to what all the hype is about.  Well let me tell you that this case is a little beauty and although it is exactly the same as a generic S340 with Razer branding, it gives it extra appeal as well as being a special edition which usually only have limited availability.

Price wise it’s £84.95 from Overclockers UK which is £25 more than the standard versions of this case which means that for an extra fiver, you could get yourself the higher class H440; this case is hardly representable of great value, but it is what it is.  There is a lot of competition around this price point from other brands too, but NZXT have an incredible amount of stylish and elegant cases in their ranges to not only compete, but if you are a Razer fan boy then this case will appeal to you regardless.

Look at those gorgeous LEDs!

One negative point is the lack of quality water cooling gear, especially given the £85 price tag for the Razer version; could it be better? Most definitely!  Another no-no for me is the NZXT S340 doesn’t come pre-installed with any intake fans although there are 2 x 120mm NZXT fans as exhaust; no good if you have no air flow being piped in though!

That being said, this case is nothing short of beautiful and the matte black finish is to die for!  It has support for everything but the most hard-core of water cooling setups and that fact can be forgiven.  The green accented LEDs and USB 3.0 ports are also a nice highlight with the centrepiece being the LED green Razer logo on the front; which is stunning.  If you are into Razer and want a top quality case with enough features to make it worthwhile, then grab one of these while you still can!
