Today we are taking a look at a compact set of earphones from Cooler Master, aimed towards the ‘travelling gamer’, called the Pitch Pro. A much newer and updated version of the Pitch, the Pitch Pro allows for easy transport yet still keeping performance at its best for a very good price. But, is it any good or worth the price tag? We will now look in depth at the Pitch Pro to see what it brings to the table with regards performance, aesthetic quality and general usability.

To start with, the great-grandfather of the Pitch pro was certainly a game changer when it came on the market a few years ago. Appealing to many as of its mid level price tag that also performed well as a set of earphones, we quickly saw the device being used as a substitute for stock earphones and even full gaming headsets for those who like to game a little more lightweight. The Pitch Pro which offering slightly better drivers, is more light weight and offers a much better in-line microphone, is hoping to be as much of a hit as the infamous Pitch and the stats are racking up well compared its predecessor.

Interpreting data like this is quite simple if you understand exactly what the data is telling us but I’m sure some of you are reading this review without much knowledge of the specific audio based specifications. What we can tell from this raw data is that the headphones should perform very well in each said department, with a solid frequency response and impedance to ensure good quality audio ranges. The microphone also looks quite promising but we will talk about this a little later in the review.
